Mechanical Requirements:
Full Bleed (all ads must contain a 1/4’’ bleed):
Full Page: 1800 pixels (width) x 2700 pixels (height) (6’’x 9’’ @ 300 pdi)
Half Page: 1800 pixels (width) x 1425 pixels (height) (6”x 4.75” @ 300 dpi)

Design for printed area:
Full Page: 1600 pixels (width) x 2550 pixels (height) (5.5’’x 8.5’’ @ 300 pdi)
Half Page: 1650 pixels (width) x 1275 pixels (height) (5.5” x 4.25” @ 300 dpi)

Acceptable formats (in order of preference):
1-EPS, 2-ILL, 3-SD, 4-TIFF, 5-JPEG CMYK
Embedded fonts and images, layers intact preferred.

Deadline:
All materials and payments due no later then May 1, 2011.
