Mechanical Requirements

Full Bleed (all ads must contain a 1/4″ bleed):

  • Full Page: 1800 pixels (width) x 2700 pixels (height) (6″x9″ @ 300 dpi)
  • Half Page: 1800 pixels (width) x 1425 pixels (height) (6″x4.75″ @ 300 dpi)

Design for the printed area:

  • Full Page: 1650 pixels (width) x 2550 pixels (height) (5.5″x8.5″ @ 300 dpi)
  • Half Page: 1650 pixels (width) x 1275 pixels (height) (5.5″x4.25″ @ 300 dpi)

Acceptable Formats (in order of preference): 1) EPS 2) ILL 3) PSD 4) TIFF 5) JPEG CMYK
Embedded fonts and images, Layers intact preferred.

Deadline
All materials and payments due no later than May 15th, 2010.
Please note that ad space is not guaranteed if payment is not received by the due date.
